Oxford Company's goal is for you to be fully satisfied with your purchases. In all events, you can withdraw from the contract. This right of withdrawal is described in detail below.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can withdraw from the contract and return the products by following the procedure outlined below:
You have the right to withdraw from the sale agreement within a fixed deadline of 15 days from the date on which you or a third party nominated by you, received the products.
Within that deadline you are obliged to inform the company (Oxford Company S.A. whose registered offices are in Thessaloniki at 51 Dimosthenous St., Menemeni Thessaloniki, GR-54628, tel. (+30) 2310 789090, Fax: (+30) 2310 518219, e-shop URL www.oxfordcompany.gr, about your decision to withdraw from the contract by sending a clear statement of withdrawal.
The easiest way to do this is by sending fully completed the PRODUCT RETURN FORM
You must fill out your firstname/lastname, email address, phone number, your order number and in the field 'Your Request' you must indicate that you are exercising your right to withdraw.
You can also include in that field any other comment you consider necessary.
Ιn case of Cash on Delivery payment (applies only to Greece), in the REFUND FORM you must also complete all necessary information about the bank account (account number, IBAN of that account and holder's name), in which will be credited the amount of your returned purchase.
The return form is also available in the parcel of your delivered order. If you prefer it, you can send the form fully completed, by fax or email to Oxford Company.
In any case you have to place the completed Return Form together with the product / products you want to return in their original packaging.
Fill out the form-voucher of FedEx that you will find in the packaging of your received order, and give it to FedEx together with the parcel you want to return. (Only for the E.U. countries except for Greece).

You enjoy FREE return costs concerning the first return if you make use of Box Now or Speedex service for Greece and FedEx service for the rest of E.U. countries. We do not undertake costs and responsibility for items returned otherwise except Box Now & Speedex courier service for Greece and FedEx for the rest of E.U. countries.
In case you wish to return the product/ products in any other way or make a return more than once in each order. Furthermore, in this case we do not undertake any responsibility in the case of loss or destruction of the products during transport.
You are responsible for any drop in value or change in the initial quality of the products you received as a result of improper handling.
Upon receipt of returned products, Oxford Company will check their condition. Returned products must be unused (apart from trying them on to confirm that the size is correct) and must be in the same excellent condition they were in when they were delivered, both in relation to the item itself and its packaging and any special labels. You are responsible for ensuring the quality of the product packaging.
We are entitled to delay returning the money until we have the products back and checked their condition. They must be in excellent condition just as they were sent.
Incomplete, destroyed, worn or soiled items which Oxford Company objectively considers to have been used will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Returns / changes to products such as underwear, socks, masks, are not accepted for hygiene reasons once the package is opened.
If these terms and conditions and procedure are complied with, Oxford Company will approve the return of the products and will refund you the value of the products, within 15 days from the date you informed us about your wish to exercise your right to withdraw from the sales agreement.
You can also return and change products purchased via Oxford Company e-shop at the company's actual stores, only in Greece. The reverse is not possible. In other words you cannot change or return products you purchase at the company's actual stores via the Oxford Company e-shop.
Returning Wrong or Defective Products
If you receive a defective product or there was an error in filling your order (e.g. you were sent the wrong item, size, etc.) compared to the one your ordered, you are entitled to request that it be returned under the same, aforementioned procedure of returns.
When the returned product is received, Oxford Company will check its condition and ascertain the defect or mistake in the order.
If you want the product to be replaced with another one, you must place a new order without of course delivery costs. Of course, it is possible that the item you initially ordered in another size or color is not longer available.
If you do not want to replace the product or it cannot be replaced because the product is not available, we will refund the value of the product. That amount will be paid depending on the payment method you have used. The procedure to be followed is explained in the section entitled 'Refunds'.
Refunds
The process of approving the refund will commence when we received the items returned. The products will be checked to see whether the aforementioned terms and conditions are met.
If the refund is accepted, we will send you an email about the money to be refunded depending on the initial payment method used. The company refunds money in line with the above, using the same payment method as the one used in the original transaction.
The refunded amount refers to the value of the returning product, cash on delivery fee and shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a defective product, a full refund will be issued including cash on delivery fee and shipping costs.
Refunds in the case of payment by card
Once we have agreed to your order being returned, the procedure to refund your money will start. This will be done by crediting the amount to your card.
Refunds in the case of payment by PayPal
This will be done by returning the amount to your PayPal account.
Refunds in the case of payment by COD (only for Greece)
Your money will be refunded by paying it into the bank account you indicated on the Returns Form. You will need to provide the name of your bank, the name of the account holder and the IBAN. Please include this information in the field of the 'Returns Form', entitled 'Description of problem'. You can find this information on your bank statement or ask your bank for it. You can check whether the amount has been credited using online banking or by contacting your bank.
